Closing - Sean Percival
Sean's brand of comedy steers clear of the surreal and confronts realism in an explosively funny way.
Sean is an ex-welder from Dudley whose down to earth act is bang up to date with its upfront attitude.
A festival favourite he has performed at the Edinburgh, Download, Reading, Leeds and Sonisphere festivals and as an established headliner he plays regularly at all major comedy clubs around the UK.
Opening - Eric Patrick
Travelled, weathered, and cultured, Eric Patric’s comedy is as varied as his life experiences. A former resident of 6 different countries, Eric has finally settled in London, one of the few cities in the world that can keep up with his energy. After a stint on American reality TV (MTV), Eric has traveled the world, learning languages, 4 but who’s counting, and performing stand-up to crowds around the globe. From Johannesburg to Bucharest, Eric’s award winning, high energy doesn’t seem to have borders. With a range from edgy to silly, provocative to obscure, his shows are all-around fun. All around the world.
Compering - Elle Bert (pictured)
Some would say Elle is too rude, others admire the brutal
honesty. With her witty and comical look on life she tackles almost any subject
that most would steer clear of. From period dramas (not talking about Downton
Abby) to masturbation, one night stands and the ever so entertaining
"Conversation with Marilyn" (her vagina).
Rip away everything society says about how woman should act and replace it with quick wit, a colourful tongue and honest truths about life as a single woman. Only then will you scrape the surface of what Elle is all about.
From reading the bible to comparing her life achievements to those of Adolf Hitler she'll have you laughing and questioning your morals from start to finish.
1st - Joshua Crosse
A bearded 'vegan' with a chip on his shoulder - how
original. Does he talk about mental health and slag off the Tories? What a
unique and exciting world view from a middle-class white man.
But he does drive and can do lifts - so there is that...
2nd - Mark Docker
Mark Docker is a stand-up comedian. But only because it's the one thing he hasn't failed at. Yet. In the future, rave reviews will be written that will be parenthesised on comedy cv websites. If that ever happens, you'll read it here first.
Mark loves referring to himself in the 3rd person. That's because his other 2 persons are dicks
